French Onion SoupTaken from Vol. 5 of the Healthy Home Cookin' Cookbook Series. Delicious with homemade buns. 4 large onions Sauté onions in water or olive oil till brown on the edges. Combine all in large saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer on med-low heat for 30 minutes.
